Why am I planning a baby

Although having a baby sounds exciting, several factors need to be considered. Factors such as timing, physical and emotional health, and medical issues are among those to consider during pregnancy. Also, do you and your partner actually have the social and financial capacity to add a child to the family? Many couples are unaware of these factors, which can directly impact the decisions they make in the future. So don't delay and understand why are you planning for a baby.

Science of Conception

Couple Compatibility

This couple compatibility session is a great way for you to explore your relationship dynamics, identify potential areas of conflict, and strengthen the bond. During the session you can explore how your respective childhood experiences and family backgrounds may impact your parenting styles and decision-making processes.

Impact of stress on Conception

Whether you are planning your pregnancy the first time or the third time, stress is inevitable but coping with it in the right way is your choice. When your body is under stress, it produces high levels of cortisol and other stress hormones, which can interfere with the production of reproductive hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. This can lead to irregular menstrual cycles, decreased libido, and difficulty in achieving and maintaining pregnancy.

Lifestyle Management

Here is an opportunity for couples to set realistic goals and develop a plan for implementing lifestyle changes required to conceive efficiently. You can identify potential barriers and explore strategies to overcome them. Furthermore, you can discuss any additional support or resources you may need to achieve your goals, such as a diet or exercise plan.
